Festus Adebayo said at the weekend that with an authorized capital of N5 billion, Platinum Mortgage Bank Limited has repositioned itself to provide excellent home ownership products, including National Housing Fund (NHF) assisted mortgage facilities and retail banking services to its clientele.
He said Platinum Mortgage Bank with the new branch is poised to meet the housing need of people living in the South-east of Nigeria.
He stated, “Powered by a visionary leadership, PMB Limited is poised to provide your dream house through affordable mortgage backed housing scheme – hold sales.
“Our objective is to provide about 150,000 houses within the next five years as our contribution to the present administration’s housing program for all Nigerians including Nigerians in the Diaspora.
“From a humble beginning of providing 250 units of various house types accessible through the NHF owner-occupier scheme mortgage at Lokogoma Abuja, we have packaged another set of over 1,000 applications to the Federal Mortgage Bank covering five other projects at Trademore Estate Apo and Lugbe, Minfa Gardens 1 and 2 Lokogoma, Aper Aku Housing Estate Makurdi Benue State, GraceLand Estate Makurdi Benue State and Badagry Lagos State, Ochendu Estate at Umuahia Abia State.”
