145-man committee to coordinate Yusuf-Zahra wedding, Emir of Bichi coronation
The wedding of the princess to the president’s son will hold on August 20, and the coronation follows a day after on August 21 at the Emir’s palace
A total 145 people have been named on a committee inaugurated to coordinate the wedding of Emir of Bichi’s daughter Zahra Ado-Bayero to President Muhammadu Buhari’s son Yusuf Buhari.
The committee, set up by the Emir, Nasiru Ado Bayero, will also organise a schedule of the Emir’s coronation and the presentation of staff of office by Kano governor Abdullahi Ganduje.

The emirate issued a statement, signed by spokesperson Lurwan Malikawa, a timetable was already out.
According to the timetable, the wedding of the princess to the president’s son will hold on August 20, and the coronation follows a day after on August 21 at the Emir’s palace.
The statement also revealed that, the committee inaugurated will be headed by the District Head of Bagwai who is also the Madakin Bichi Alhaji Nura Ahmad and Falakin Bichi Alhaji Abba Waziri will serve as the committee’s secretary.
It further revealed that, during the inauguration ceremony of the committee, the Emir of Bichi, represented by the Madakin Bichi, urged members of the committee to use their wealth of experience to ensure the success of the coronation as well as that of the royal wedding.
