Two men, John Terna Aga and Kwaor Terse, arrested for allegedly vandalising and stealing a billboard belonging to the Benue State Internal Revenue Service (BIRS) have been arraigned in Makurdi magistrates’ court.
Jacintha Bernard, the media assistant to the acting chairman of BIRS, said that earlier the suspects were arrested in Kutcha-Utebe community in Makurdi LGA by youths while they were digging out the BIRS billboard.

The court granted them bail in the sum of N400,000 with a common surety and adjourned to September 12, 2024.
