Lagos State police spokesman, Benjamin Hundeyin, told our correspondent that the two suspects aged around 45 each were arrested on Budo Specialist Hospital Road in Ajah.

According to him, the suspects were arrested after policemen on routine patrol flagged them down in an unregistered Mercedes Benz saloon.

Hendeyin said, “After a search on the suspects and the vehicle, an English Beretta pistol with seven rounds of live ammunition was found in their possession.”
