The Senator announced this while delivering his Sallah message in Minna where he commiserated with families of the victims.
The two boats, which are equipped with modern facilities, are aimed at reducing the rate of boat mishaps recorded in those communities.
Senator Musa also announced the disbursement of the first batch of scholarships to 200 undergraduates in his constituency as part of efforts to support the education of indigent students and to mark his 56th birthday.
Under the scholarship, medical students are to get the sum of N100,000 each, while those studying other disciplines are to receive the sum of N50,000 each.
The lawmaker emphasised the need for peaceful coexistence of the citizens, which he said is essential to the development of the state and the country.
He urged Muslims to imbibe the virtues of sacrifices and self-denial as amplified by Prophet Muhammed (pbuh).
