He said security arrangements had been perfected to ensure a hitch-free conduct of the election. Meanwhile, the winner of the January 9, 2011 primaries of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Alhaji Jibrin Isah Echocho, has said that he will work for the victory of the party’s flag bearer, Capt. Idris Wada. Before now, Echocho’s supporters were said to have declared support for the governorship candidate of the Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN) Prince Abubakar Audu.
