2019: Resist getting enticed by monetary gains, JMA tells electorate

Ahead of the 2019 general elections, the Jam’iyyar MatanArewa (JMA) has called on the electorate to resist getting enticed by monetary gains and offer their votes for sale with a view to bringing about positive change in the country.

Speaking at a press conference tagged ‘Community And Social Sensitization On Drug Abuse and Political Violence During Campaign and Election Period’ in Kaduna, Chairperson, JMA Resuscitation Committee, Mrs. Pamela Aisha Sadauki, urged the electorate to use their votes wisely to elect leaders who will bring development to the country.

According to her, the media must be selective in what they feed the populace and should not underrate their role in nation-building.
