Director General and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Industrial Training Fund (ITF), Joseph Ari, has debunked insinuations that he was running for any elective position, or in support of the ambition of any candidate in the upcoming All Progressives Congress national convention.
He said the information was false, unfounded and not deserving of any attention, saying, it was the handiwork of mischief makers.
Ari, who made the clarification to newsmen in Jos yesterday, said the mischief makers had gone as far as making expenses of printing several posters of him which he knew nothing about.
“Under my watch, the ITF has hit lofty heights fulfilling its onerous mandate of developing the nation’s human resource, while also partnering the Federal Government to actualize the objectives of the President Buhari’s administration especially with regard to poverty reduction, job and wealth creation,” he said.
He urged the public to disregard such campaign posters.
