The Mimikay Political Movement has officially inaugurated its structure and declared its endorsement of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Delta State Governor Sheriff Oborevwori for continuity ahead of the 2027 general elections.
The event, which brought together leaders, women, and members of the movement, was hosted by the director general Hon. Oghenekaro Akpososo. The ceremony marked a significant step in strengthening the grassroots structure of the movement and reaffirming its political direction.
Speaking at the inauguration and endorsement ceremony, Hon. Akpososo emphasized the importance of continuity in governance, noting that sustained leadership would ensure stability, progress, and consolidation of ongoing developmental efforts at both the federal and state levels.
He stated that the decision to endorse President Tinubu for a second term and Governor Oborevwori for re-election in 2027 was based on their leadership commitment and policy direction aimed at national and state development.
The convener further highlighted the crucial role of women and grassroots leaders in shaping the political future, describing their participation as vital to the growth and unity of the movement.
Members present at the ceremony expressed their unanimous support for the endorsement, pledging continued loyalty and mobilization efforts toward achieving victory in the 2027 elections.

The deputy director general Comrade Ogheneochuko Palmer on behalf of Mimikay Political Movement thanked all leaders, women, and members for making the inauguration a remarkable and impactful occasion and promised to do everything humanly possible to re-elect Mr president and the governor of delta state come 2027 and he urged on the need for door to door campaign.
The inauguration ceremony concluded with a reaffirmation of the movement’s commitment to promoting good governance, unity, and sustainable development.
