Ahead of the 2027 polls, the Yes Movement has pledged to mobilise 10 million votes for the re-election of President Bola Tinubu, amid a coalition gang up.

Its National Coordinator, Dauda Bala, in a statement yesterday, explained that the group would collect 10 million signatures to highlight the President’s widespread support across Nigeria and to counter opposition narratives by sharing verified achievements and key development milestones under President Tinubu’s administration.

Bala said: “Mission Possible is to Mobilize 10 million Nigerians from all walks of life and regions of the country to collectively support the leadership of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, while countering opposition narratives, building public trust, and creating powerful momentum for his 2027 re-election campaign.

“A vision ambitious enough: To be the leading grassroots political movement in Africa, recognized for its strategic engagement with voters, digital mobilization, and impact on civic participation, promoting progress and democratic continuity.”

On the strategy to be adopted he said, Local Engagement: Town hall meetings, door-to-door canvassing, and statewide rallies using the “Get Out The Vote” (GOTV) approach.

“Highlight Achievements: Highlight key government policies and initiatives that have positively impacted the lives of Nigerians.

“Influencer Partnerships: Collaborate with celebrities, opinion leaders, and social media personalities to spread our message.

“Digital Mobilization: Use social media, online forms, and data analytics to reach young voters and the diaspora.

“Collaborative Structure: Engage community leaders, CSOs, and stakeholders to build a coalition of support.

“Campaign Structure: The YES Movement organizational model extends from the national to the local level:

“National Level: Founder and National Manager National Campaign Director and Deputy Media, Volunteer Mobilization, Voter Registration and Communications Coordinators.”
