Operatives of the Edo State Police Command have arrested three suspects, Sunday Ehiosu, Patrick Okon (26), Godswill Omorege (23) and Malik Shola (26), for allegedly breaking into their victim’s house and stealing items worth N15 million in the Ekiadolor community of Benin Sity.

The Commissioner of Police (CP), Funsho Adegboye, explained that the DPO of Ekiadolor received a complaint that when the victim returned from a journey he discovered that people broke into his apartment and stole his belongings worth N15m.

He said that swung into action and arrested Sunday Ehiosu while trying to sell some of the items he stole from the complainant’s house.

He said after preliminary investigation, the case was transferred to the command’s crack team which later arrested Patrick Okon, Godswill Omorege and Malik Shola, who partook in the crime.
