The police have arrested three people, Maric Imafidon (25), Osayande Gloria and Patience Sunday for allegedly defrauding one Benedicta Omokhua of the sum of N2,155,000 on the pretense of procuring a visa for her in Edo State.
The Edo State Commissioner of Police (CP), Funsho Adegboye, said the suspects were arrested by operatives of the anti-kidnapping and cybercrime unit while investigating a case of fraud reported against them.

He explained that the victim, a staff of the Edo State Ministry of Health, reported to the police that the suspects fraudulently obtained from her the sum of N2,155,000 with the presence to procure a Spain visa for her.
