A five-year-old boy, Tajudeen Mustapha, has been rescued from a well at the Byazhin Across area of Kubwa, a satellite town in the FCT.

The incident, City & Crime gathered, happened on Wednesday morning when the boy was playing with other children in an uncompleted building before falling into the well.

Malam Yusuf Isah, an elder in the community, told our reporter that, “If not for residents the boy would have died. He was rescued and taken to the Kubwa General Hospital, treated and discharged.”
