500 Anambra youths to attend training on poverty eradication

An oil and gas expert and philanthropic, Engr. Johnbosco Onunkwo, has concluded plans to train 500 Anambra youths for the eradication of poverty.

Onunkwo, who is the founder of Johnbosco Onunkwo Foundation, a youths-based foundation for the harnessing of youths potential, said  through his foundation, he has instituted a lot of programmes such as aquatic building training, Agro-Allied training and offering scholarship to youth to eradicate poverty.

“We intend to start the training with 500 youths for eradication of poverty and we have also empowered 100.”

Onunkwo also stated that he donated N5 million to Nnamdi Azikiwe University to do research on environmentally friendly society.
