Eight suspected members of a secret cult gang have admitted to have been arrested over cult related killings in the Yaba College of Technology (YABATECH), in Lagos.
The arrest brings to a total of 13 suspects that have been arrested since the violence broke out some days ago.
Daily Trust reports that five suspects were earlier arrested after a yet-to-be-identified student of the Yaba College of Technology, Lagos, was shot dead in a suspected cult-related attack seven days ago.
Lagos State Police Public Relations Officer, CSP Benjamin Hundeyin, confirmed the arrest of the eight suspects, saying they were nabbed on Tuesday by operatives of the tactical unit of the command.

Hundeyin said the eight suspects were involved in several cult-related killings within Yaba College of Technology and its environs.
