a. Business Development managers: Must have MBBS or a good degree in medical sciences, marketing or business administration with at least three years working experience in a related healthcare company. Possession of a master’s degree or relevant professional membership will be an added advantage
b. Nursing Officers: Must have both RN and RM, registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria with at least five years post qualification work experience.
c. Renal Dialysis Nurse: Candidate must have RN, RM and a certificate in Nephrology Nursing. Training in a recognised dialysis centre without certification in nephrology may be considered for RN/RM candidate with minimum of two years work experience.
d. Physiotherapist: Candidates must be first degree holders and have a minimum of three years working experience in a reputable hospital.
e. Pharmacists: At least two years working experience in a health care industry
f. Theatre Nurse: (Peri-Operative): Candidates must have RN, RM or general nursing with peri-operative certificate and must have at least two years working experience.
g. Consultant Family Physician/Cardiologist/Radiologist/Paediatrician: Candidates for these positions must have possessed a registered postgraduate medical qualification in the respective specialties. The family physician applicant must possess a minimum of three years postgraduate experience. An examiner at the fellowship examinations with the postgraduate colleges will be an advantage.
h. Nursing Officers in Intensive Care: Candidates must have RN, RM or its equivalent with experience in intensive care, must have at least two years working experience and must be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria.
i. HMO Manager: Candidates for this position must have experience in the administration of managed care and NHIS. MBBS or any relevant discipline with at least three years working experience in similar capacity with an HMO or multi specialist hospital.
j. Business Development Officers: Candidates must have a BSc/HND in medical sciences, marketing or its equivalent with at least two years working experience in medical marketing.
k. Front Desk Officers: Candidates must have BSc/HND in mass communications, marketing, English or other related disciplines with at least two years working experience in similar position. Should not be more than 30 years of age.
