Nine travellers were killed and 12 others injured in a car accident on Thursday on the Kaduna-Zaria highway, City & Crime reports.
The accident happened around 5am on Rigachikun Bridge, close to the National Open University Nigeria (NOUN) Study Centre.

City & Crime gathered that five vehicles were involved in the accident: two trailers, two buses and a Toyota Camry.
The state’s FRSC Sector Commander, Hafiz Mohammed, confirmed the incident, saying 25 people were involved.
He said, “Nine people were killed while 12 were injured. Four others were unhurt.”
