A A Zaura has expressed deep sorrow over the death of the renowned Islamic scholar, Sheikh Dahiru Usman Bauchi, describing his passing as a great loss to the Muslim community and the world at large.

Zaura made this known in a statement issued through his spokesperson, Hon. Dahiru Ahmad Maiwuddadu, where he said Sheikh Dahiru Bauchi was a pillar of knowledge and moral upbringing whose lifelong work will continue to illuminate the lives of many.

He noted that Sheikh Dahiru distinguished himself in the propagation of knowledge and the promotion of peace, offering prayers for the late scholar’s family members and students, asking Allah to grant them patience.

Zaura also prayed for Allah to grant the deceased mercy and to bless Nigeria with righteous scholars who will continue his legacy of religious propagation and peacebuilding.
