The abducted driver with the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL), Abdullahi Rabiu, and two others have been released in Suleja town, Niger State, after four days in captivity.

Rabiu and the two others, residents of APC Quarters, Suleja, were abducted in the early hours of Friday.

A brother to Rabiu told City & Crime yesterday that his brother was released along with the two others by their abductors on Tuesday night in the Gwazunu bush, off the Abuja-Kaduna highway, in the Suleja axis.

He said though the kidnappers earlier demanded N40m for Rabiu, he was not aware of the exact amount paid before his release.
