The university graduated different caliber of people that in one way or the other contributed their own quota in the development and the continued education in both character and learning.
The current Managing Director Nigeria Ports Authority (NPA) Hajiya Hadiza Bala Usman the “iron lady” recently fulfilled a promise by redeeming two brand new buses that have the capacity of 18persons each in order to reduce the difficulty of the students that are shuttling within and outside the campuses to the ABU alumni. This is aside from other major projects that are currently going on at Kongo and Samaru respectively. May Allah SWT endow her with more greatness and greater achievements in and outside your respective office MA! The students and the staff of Ahmadu Bello University Zaria are the beneficiaries of these huge gestures of yours MA! We were happy together as an alumni and envying you too for us to give back to Ahmadu Bello University in kind or cash as you did Ma. The leadership of ABU alumni by Ahmed Tijjani Mora commend your readiness in redeeming the qualities, ideals and relevance that ABU has as a whole as one of the best in Africa. I happen to be an ABU graduate, a postgraduate and I still obtained another certificate from the same university and it’s not enough. We prayed as we always do to Allah swt to grant us an amazing opportunity to write the humble name with gold of Hajiya Hadiza Bala Usman as the current Managing Director of Nigeria Port Authority did to her Alma Mata..
