Mass Communication Department of Ahmadu Bello University (ABU) Zaria will start a students’ newspaper. The Head of Department, Dr. Umar Mahmud, made this known during an orientation exercise for new students on 9th February.
He said the newspaper, which would be run by students, will be published every semester.  “Unlike the ‘Campus Herald,’ the newspaper will enhance practical learning as well as employability skills of mass communication graduates,” he said.
