Abuja company sues Costain

According to the counsel of Haadix Nigeria Ltd Mr. Isaiah Oreweme constain West Africa Plc gave a contract to the company to supply goods worth about 1.5 million Naira and the company supplied same to Constain since 2012, and ever since, constain has refused to pay for the supply and all effort made by Haadix Nigeria ltd to get its money proved abortive
The counsel added that the company had written several letters to constain in a bid to get the money, the company highlighted its plight to constain and told them that its going through hardship due to the money owed them and that it had financial obligations to meet.
Mr. Oreweme stated that when the company had tried every amicable mean to get the money from constain and constain did not respond positively it had no option than to take the matter to court.
When the matter came up for first hearing on Tuesday before an Ebute-metta magistrate court, constain had no counsel or representative in court. Mr. Oreweme however informed the court that he had served a notice of the case to Constain.
The presiding judge, Magistrate A.A. Demi Ajayi (Mrs.) adjourned the case till 21st November, 2013 for hearing
