Abuja Housing Show which began in 2006 has become a meeting point for professionals in the built environment, building materials manufacturers, scholars and students.
The event is organized annually by FESADEB Communication Limited.
Managing Director of FESADEB Communication Limited, Barrister Festus Adebayo said this year’s event will be unique because it will focus on housing development and delivery methods of the new incoming administration of General Muhammadu Buhari.
 He said, “Abuja Housing Show is a unique one stop-shop for real estate stakeholders presenting new products, innovative services & technology. Over 100 exhibitors are expected to participate, among whom are AFP Furniture, Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria, Chicason Group, GoodHome Development Company Ltd, Luxury Roofing, Plusworld Roofing, Voda Paint, Platinum Mortgage Bank, Pyramid Estate, Therma Surface Ltd, Nigeria Pipes Ltd, Window Story, Alpha-Plus Furniture, Urban Shelter, Federal Ministry of Housing, Nigerite, Sunflex Blinds, Dangote Cement, Yobe State Housing Development Company Ltd, Abuja Property Development Ltd, Abuja Property Investment Company, FCT Development Control, Lekki Gardens, UPDC, Berger Paints among Others.”
 He said the 9th Abuja Housing Show will include exhibition, corporate presentation and a stakeholder’s conference with the theme: Delivery of Affordable Housing – Financing Building Technology and Land issues in Nigeria.”
Festus added that experts from Nigeria and international organizations have been invited to delve on the conference`s theme, adding that the  vice-president elect Prof Yemi Osinbanjo will declare the conference open and  present a paper  on housing agenda of Buhari/ Osinbanjo  administration.
