According to the Executive Secretary of ABAS, Ambassador Ama Macleans Williams, who spoke to journalists in Calabar, the event slated for the last week of March 2019, would climax with a procession. “The main thrust of the event is to enhance peace amongst individuals, cities and nations as well as educational excellence,” he said.
