Access Bank Plc, one of Nigeria’s tier one banks has revealed that as part of dedication to business financing and customer service, its Customer base has now hit N60 million.
Deputy Managing Director of the bank, Chizoma Okoli made the disclosure in Abuja on Wednesday at a roundtable with Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs).
She said, “We now have the largest customer base in the industry with about 60 million customers banking with us which we don’t take for granted.
“What we are currently doing now is to invest in fintech because we have researched and observed that fintechs offer very excellent services. Your bank has invested in Hydrogen I am sure some of you have the Hydrogen Point of Sale (PoS) among other investments to boost MSME growth
“Therefore, we are investing seriously in technology and we are also expanding to consolidate on our growth,” she said
Speaking on the essence of the Forum, she said it serves as an avenue to hear from Customers and MSMEs banking with Access Bank, and also take complaints and feedback with a view of correcting them.
“Customers mean everything to us, therefore we brought you here to have a conversation and get feedback from you with a view to resolving them,” she added.
