Accreditation of voters for the governorship elections and state house of assembly has started in Shomolu, Bariga,Yaba and Akoka areas of Lagos.
Our correspondent reports that INEC officials arrived at the polling booths at 7:30 am. At the Yaba Lagos office of INEC, none of the officials of the commission are here now, unlike the Presidential elections when some of the officials didn’t leave INEC office until 10:00 am, with voting materials.
So far the accreditation has been successful. People are turning out enmass at ward 009 opposite Yaba INEC office.
