Nollywood actress, Nkechi Blessing, has lost her mother.

The news was confirmed by her close friend and actress, Toyin Abraham, on Instagram.

While sharing a picture of Nkechi Blessing, Abraham wrote, “We just lost @nkechiblessingsunday mum 🙏 🙏🙏. Please put us in your prayers 🙏🙏🙏🙏.

Nkechi is yet to comment about the loss.

In an interview on Chude, a show anchored by media personality, Chude Jidenowo, last week, Blessing had described her mother as a disciplinarian.

She had said despite owning a beer parlour patronised by all manner of people, her mother was strict.

“Though my mum had a beer parlour as at that time, she was so strict with her kids that you couldn’t see them messing around.”
