Speaking with newsmen in Ibadan, the AD governorship candidate noted with concern that little could be done at this stage to dissuade those concerned from deploying armed soldiers and policemen for electoral activities but charged them operatives to endeavour to maintain neutrality.
He said: “They should not see their mission as coming to liberate Osun PDP. And the moment we see that they are trying to do that, we will cry out loud and even inform international communities.”
Senator Fajimi also cautioned fellow politicians to play the game according to the rules as he condemned the orgies of killings which he said had been synonymous with the campaigns of some of the candidates as witnessed recently in Ilesa, Ife and Ayedaade Local Government areas.
