The Adamawa State House of Assembly has passed a bill seeking to establish the Road Transport, Traffic and Motor Vehicle Administration Agency to focus on improving road safety and transport management within the state.
The bill, which passed third reading during Tuesday’s plenary session, was sponsored by Deputy Majority Leader, Ahmed Jingi Belel, and seconded by Musa Mahmud Kallamu.
