A Governorship aspirant on the platform of the All Progressives Congress, APC in Adamawa State, Ahmed Tijjani Galadima, has pledged to enthrone fairness, justice and people-oriented leadership if elected governor in 2027.

Galadima gave the assurance on Sunday during a stakeholders’ engagement and town hall meeting in Yola, where hundreds of party faithful, supporters, youth and women groups gathered to endorse his aspiration to govern the state.

The event witnessed the presence of members of the Galadima Campaign Organisation, political stakeholders, coordinators from various local government areas.

Addressing the gathering, Galadima said his administration would focus on continuity, unity and inclusive governance, stressing that no segment of the state would be left behind under his leadership.

He promised to sustain and improve ongoing developmental efforts in key sectors such as security, healthcare, education and infrastructure, noting that governance should be centered on the welfare of the people.

The APC governorship hopeful also commended the administration of Bola Ahmed Tinubu, describing the policies of the Federal Government as impactful.
Galadima further lauded Ahmadu

Umaru Fintiri for what he described as visionary leadership and commitment to the development of Adamawa State.

According to him, the achievements recorded by the current administration have created a strong foundation for growth, which he intends to consolidate upon if elected.

“I am committed to carrying everyone along in governance. Every decision we take will be guided by consultation, transparency and the collective interest of the people,” he stated.

Earlier, Director-General of the Galadima Campaign Organisation, Ambassador Kevin Peter, called on party delegates and the electorate to support Galadima’s ambition, saying he possesses the experience and leadership capacity needed to move the state forward.

Also speaking, stakeholders from the Northern and Southern zones of the state, Titsi Ganama and Barrister Lilian Steven, expressed optimism that Galadima would consolidate on the achievements of the present administration in the state, if elected governor.
