Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri of Adamawa State has announced a minor cabinet reshuffle affecting four key ministries in the state.
In a statement issued by Mr Humwashi Wonosikou, the chief press secretary to the governor on Monday, it was revealed that Neido Geoffrey Kufulto, formerly the commissioner for information, will now assume the position of commissioner for women affairs.
Wunfe Anthony has been reassigned to the Ministry of Transportation, while James Iliya, previously serving as commissioner for entrepreneurship, has been appointed as the new commissioner for information.
Hamajumba Gatugel has been named as the commissioner for entrepreneurship, succeeding Iliya.
Governor Fintiri expressed confidence in the capabilities of his commissioners to fulfill their new roles effectively. He explained that the reshuffle aims to optimise the strength of the team and enhance service delivery to the people of Adamawa state.
