The Adamawa State Government has announced plans to construct a permanent National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) orientation camp at Makohi in Yola South Local Government Area at a cost of ₦7.7 billion.
Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri’s administration said the project is aimed at providing modern facilities for corps members and enhancing the overall experience of the NYSC programme in the state.
In a related development, the state government has also approved over ₦2 billion for the second phase of renovation, upgrade, and remodeling of Cottage Hospitals in Guyuk and Gulak.
