“My decision to move to Enyimba from Rangers in mid-season was the biggest mistake I ever made because Enyimba promised me so many things and they never fulfilled any,” Adegbite told MTNFootball.com

“I remember when I moved to Enyimba, coach Austin Eguavoen even asked me why I left Rangers. It was when they fell back on all their promises that Eguavoen’s question made any meaning to me.”

The forward said Enyimba promised to pay him six million Naira but he eventually did not receive this.

The former Gateway FC star said he is now happy Rangers agreed to take him back.

“I’m very happy that Rangers have taken me back. I’m really sorry for walking out on them and have now promised to stay focused and help them win big things in the coming season,” Adegbite told MTNFootball.com

“This is one opportunity I will make the most of.”
