Executive Director of National Primary Health Care Development Agency (NPHCDA), Dr. Ado Muhammad, has told members of the Nigeria Medical Association (NMA) to demonstrate exemplary leadership and greater patriotism as leaders in the health sector.
It came as members of NMA branch at the agency met with Ado after electing interim executives who have raised five points of concern including outstanding allowances and training.
Ado said NMA members have distinguished themselves as leaders and patriots and contributed to the agency’s successfully interrupting transmission of wild poliovirus in the last 14 months.
He assured commitment to adequate staff welfare, training and development.
