The Afghan’s Ministry of Agriculture Irrigation and Livestock has kick-started a partnership with the Messer Cellulant Nigeria to commence the process of establishing a market-based input distribution technology, otherwise known as Cellulant’s, eWallet technology.
In a statement signed by the Co-Founder, Cellulant Corporation, Mr. Bolaji Akinboro, the firm described Afghanistan as the first country in Asia to adopt this eWallet System following the footsteps of other countries like; Liberia and Togo.
