Julius Berger’s furniture production facility, Abuja Furniture Production (AFP), has been awarded Furniture Company of The Year 2018 by the Nigerian Housing Awards.

A statement by the Sales Manager of AFP, Mr. Uzoewulu Uchenna, said the company deserved the award because of what it has offered the industry.

“As an integral part of Julius Berger’s value chain,  AFP is guided by leading standards in quality and innovation. AFP is one of the largest furniture manufacturers in West Africa, employing the latest technology and machinery for the production of high quality furniture and accessories,” the statement said.

It said the furniture company  would continue to develop in quality and design to maintain its position as a world class customized furniture manufacturer. It also introduced the Boston bed by AFP, saying “Elegance and design infused seamlessly; makes the AFP Boston bed a grand solution for any ostentatious bedroom space,” the statement added.

“The Boston bed reflects a fabric or leather patterned upholstered asymmetrical headboard in a box geometric pattern; combined with impressive chest style side drawer tables, making it a perfect solution for a principal bedroom design,” the statement added.
