Twenty-four hours after serving as Special Guest of Honour at the 23rd Edition of the Daily Trust Dialogue, His Imperial Majesty, the Olubadan of Ibadanland, Oba Rashidi Adewolu Ladoja, has visited President Bola Tinubu at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
Tinubu was one of the dignitaries who witnessed the coronation of the monarch, who is Chairman of the Oyo State Council of Traditional Rulers, in September last year.
Oba Ladoja and Tinubu share certain things in common, among which is being former governors and former Senators.
The duo served as federal lawmakers in the short-lived Third Republic and Governors in the Fourth Republic.

Coincidentally, Oba Ladoja spoke about the Fourth Republic at the Daily Trust Dialogue, which had as its theme: “Nigeria’s Fourth Republic: What Is Working and What Is Not.”
