Kano Pillars newly signed striker, Ahmed Musa, will resume training at his new club on Monday April 19.

The club’s media officer, Idris Malikawa, said all necessary requirements set by the League Management Company  for the signing of the Super Eagles captain have been met, paving the way for him to resume as stated.

He said before the start of training on Monday, Musa will be presented to the technical crew and players by the chairman of the board of Kano Pillars, Alhaji Surajo Shaaibu Yahaya Jambul.

Malikawa, therefore, thanked the Kano state Governor, Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, who personally unveiled the player on Friday inside Kano State Government House.

He also commended all other football stakeholders, especially the managers of the player who made his return to Kano Pillars possible.

Malikawa then pleaded with Nigerians to drop their misconceptions about the return of the star player to his former club.

Musa recently signed a short-term loan deal with Kano Pillars that will terminate at the end of the ongoing NPFL season.
