Air Force institute prepares for degree, masters courses

The Commandant of Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT), Air Vice Marshal C. Udeagulu, has said the institute will offer degree courses. 

 The commandant made the statement when he paid a courtesy call to the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) and the Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFund).

 He called on the Executive Secretary of TETFund, Dr. Baffa Bichi, to help accelerate the growth of infrastructure as well as research and development at the institute.

 At JAMB, he said the institute was preparing to mount some degree programmes like Aerospace Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering and Automotive Engineering and master’s in Thermo-power, Aerospace Vehicle Design with Airframe, Power plant and Avionics options following the passage of the AFIT Establishment Bill into law.
