The new showroom which is located in the Apapa Mall, along Park Lane, is a walk-in service centre that offers customers the convenience and ease of access to Airtel’s range of value-added products and services as well as the comfort of first-hand contact and interactions with customer service agents.
Speaking at the launch, the company’s Regional Operations Director, Lagos, Mr. Femi Oshinlaja, explained that the new service point was in line with the company’s goal of taking its customer service delivery to the doorsteps of Nigerians.
