The Nigerian National Petroleum Company (NNPC) Limited has stated that it recorded N502bn profit after tax in the month of November.
This was contained in a factsheet by the company where it stated that it recorded revenue of N4.358trn.
The factsheet added that the crude oil production increased from 1.30 million barrels per day in October to 1.36 million in November.
On the Ajaokuta-Kaduna-Kano (AKK) Gas Pipeline, it said significant progress was recorded withcompletion of the mainline welding works and pressure-testing.
It said the project is on course to be completed in 2026.
For the OB3 River Niger Crossing it said all required equipment, materials and personnel have been mobilised to site; geotechnical data acquisition completed and early construction works are ongoing in preparation for commencement of drilling. “November production performance was largely due to planned maintenance activities across key assets (Esso-Erha, Stardeep-Agbami, and Renaissance-Estuary Area) nearing completion, with production recovery expected at the end of December 2025 and continued delays with WAEP first oil. Complete the 2025 scheduled facilities turn around maintenance (TAM), and production initiatives from JV, PSC, and NEPL assets in readiness for delivering the 2026 production plan.
“We want to intensify collaboration with our partners through year-end and into 2026 to ensure improved production performance, maximise infrastructure uptime, and maintain high facility maintenance standards across all our assets.”
