While Senator Monday Okpebholo, candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) got 403 votes, Asue Ighodalo of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) got just one vote, Olumide Akpata of Labour Party did not come close instead it was candidate of Action Democratic Congress (ADC) who secured one vote.
