In his new role, Alabi will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive communications strategy to promote the project’s objectives, milestones, and achievements to local and international audiences.

The Omi Eko project, a landmark initiative aimed at transforming the Lagos waterfront, is set to become an iconic symbol of Nigeria’s economic growth and development.

With its rich history and cultural significance, the project is expected to attract significant local and international attention.

Welcoming the appointment, the Special Adviser on Blue Economy to the Governor of Lagos State and Project Coordinator, Mr. Oluwadamilola Emmanuel, expressed confidence in Alabi’s capacity to lead the project’s communications function.
