Governor Abubakar Atiku Bagudu of Kebbi State has appointed Usman Buhari Ali, 35, as the state Coordinator of the Youth Empowerment and Social Support Operation(YESSO).
He will be responsible for designing and coordinating intervention programmes  towards providing employment opportunities, skill acquisition, social services and strengthening social safety net system in the state.
Malam Usman holds a Masters Degree in Agric Econs  with initial degree in Agric Econs  from ATBU Bauchi.
He is a chartered project manager, chartered economist and an international volunteer with membership in over 10 professional bodies and associations.
Until his appointment, he was the Director- General of the Atiku Vision Kebbi State and programme manager/CEO of an NGO – Bright Capacity Initiatives for Community Enhancement.
