The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Benue State has said the victory of Reverend Father Hyacinth Alia at the party’s governorship primary election remains valid, dismissing rumours about the nullification of the exercise.
State Publicity Secretary of APC, Daniel Ihomun, in a statement made available to our correspondent in Makurdi on Sunday, said the fake, malicious and concocted report on social media alleging the nullity of the exercise, which produced the Catholic priest was designed to call to question the transparency of the party’s primary election.
