Star artistes to feature in the ceremony will include Darey, D’banj, Naeto C, along with Keri Hilson, Sierra Leone’s Estelle and one of BRIT awards recent winners, Tinie Tempah, will be performing for the first time in Nigeria at the closing ceremony.

The fiesta which will open with the ‘Business of Fashion’ conference will feature a mix grill of home-based as well as international designers and fashion homes who are billed to showcase their products. Those expected to participate include Toju Foyeh, House of Nwocha, Bridget Awosika, Maki Oh, Vonne and Ré Bahia amongst others. This edition which is the first holding in Africa, targets young and upcoming stylists like Ejiro Amos Tafiri. It aims at promoting and encouraging them.

Genevieve’s style editor Saheed Sulaiman is also expected to display alongside Tanzania’s Mustafa Hassan Ali, Mimi Plange from Ghana, Mataano from Somalia, Project Runway’s reality star who happens to be Liberia’s Korto Momolu, Nigeria’s Eki Orleans and a final runway show by Black Coffee. All together, 52 designers are expected at the four-day event.
