The appointment of Bio was because Mrs. Umar was exposing dirty deals of the previous administration and was sacked for what they termed trying to be honest so because the appointment of Bio is faulty we call for the reappointment of Mrs. Umar.
 The present Executive Secretary is conducting the affairs of the establishment like a private entity, not minding due process and disregarding rule law so a panel of enquiry should be put in place to reassess the state of affairs of the commission within the period of the last 10 years.
 Government should recommend that “the board or the commission be reverted to status quo pending the conclusion of investigations by whatever panel of inquiry set up by the government to forestall further damage to the nation”.
 Failure of this appeal will lead to a “naked protest” of concerned bodies and related civil societies to ensure work is crippled in the commission till the appeal is given attention.
