Alpha-Beta Consulting LLP has condemned a recent article titled “Tinubu-Linked Alpha Beta Consulting Pays N400,000 Gratuity After 20 Years Of Service, Hands Millions, Top Contract Jobs To GMD Loyalists.”

The firm in a statement signed by Head of Human Capital Management, Mrs. Anjolaoluwa Ige. described the report “malicious, unfounded, and grossly misleading” .

The statement dismissed the allegations as a “coordinated attempt to distort facts” and inflict reputational damage.

“This is not a whistleblower account. It is a calculated and deliberate effort to defame individuals,” it stated, adding the claims constitute “a serious infringement on our legal rights.”

Alpha-Beta firmly rejected all accusations of nepotism, underpayment of gratuity, and contract favoritism as baseless.

The firm explained that staff exit procedures and benefit payments strictly follow internal policy, the Nigerian Labour Act, and global best practices.

The firm emphasized its “zero-tolerance stance toward any form of abuse, harassment, or unethical behavior,” noting legitimate concerns raised internally are addressed confidentially.

Management confirmed consultations with legal counsel have begun. “We reserve the right to pursue all appropriate legal remedies—both civil and criminal—against the perpetrators,” the statement warned. Clients, partners, and the public were urged to disregard the publication and rely only on verified communications from the firm.

“This organization is built on principles of integrity, accountability, and excellence,” Mrs. Ige stated, adding, “We remain steadfast in upholding these values and will not be derailed by baseless attacks.”
