Minister of Transportation, Mr Rotimi Amaechi, has declined comments on Governor Nyesom Wike’s aspiration to become president of Nigeria.

Amaechi had visited Governor Ben Ayade at the Government House Calabar, Cross River State.

Amaechi, a former governor of Rivers State had reportedly not seen eye to eye with Wike since he (Wike) became governor.

When our correspondent asked Amaechi who came with a large contingent of politicians, including Senator Ali Ndume and Ifeanyi Ararume, about Wike’s participation in the presidential race, he (Amaechi) hissed.

He dismissed the question with the wave of the hand and said, “No comment!”

The minister refused to answer further questions from journalists.
