The Association of Housing Corporations of Nigeria (AHCN) has completed its ultra modern edifice and it is due for commissioning on Thursday 26th May, 2016 at the Central Business District, Alausa, Ikeja in Lagos.
The edifice which will be commissioned by the Governor of Lagos State,  Governor Akinwunmi Ambode, and  Minister of Power, Works and Housing, Mr. Babatunde Raji Fashola, as part of the association’s efforts to reposition itself and set a pace for reactivating housing development in Nigeria. 
The five floors ultramodern tower located in the serene Ikeja Central Business Area of the centre of government seat in Alausa is developed by Centre Base Consult Limited, a dynamic indigenous company on build, operate and transfer.
The office complex  seated on 2,239 sm2 land mass comprises of 95 office suites of a typical suite of an area of 19.5m2 and it to serve the business needs of Nigerians and foster efficient business operations due to its accessibility.
The edifice is equipped with tasteful finishes with 24 hours power supply, dedicated convenience, lift facility, fully serviced security with CCTV and ample parking space.
The  commissioning programme will be rounded up with the 95th council meeting of the association which will take place at the Lagos Airport Hotel same day.
